7 REASONS TO STAY AT PULITZER AMSTERDAM

Good morning everyone! Today I've got for you my last post from Amsterdam. This time we decided to shoot the look just a few steps away from our hotel Pulitzer Amsterdam, where we stayed when visiting the city. In this post I would like to show you not only my look, but also tell you something more about our stay and give you 7 reasons why you should visit the hotel!

Krásné ráno všem! Dneska mám pro Vás poslední post z Amsterdamu. Tentorkát jsme si jako naší "location" vybraly tento krásný most, který je k nalezení jen pár kroků od hotelu Pulitzer Amsterdam, kde jsme tentokrát byly ubytované. V dnešním článku bych Vám tedy chtěla ukázat, co jsem měla na sobě, a také Vám povědět něco víc o našem pobytu v Pulitzeru!

1. THEIR AMAZING VIEW

When it comes to a hotel with a view, The Pulitzer Amsterdam is definitely one of the hotels offering a breathtaking view on the famous canals. Since the hotel is a connection over 80 buildings, they have an amazing view both on the Prinsengracht and the Keizersgracht - which are one the most central, famous and main canals in the city!

Pulitzer má bezochybně jeden z nejhezčích  výhledů v Amsterdamu. Díky unikátnímu propojení více než 80 baráků, si z hotelu můžete vychutnat výhled nejen na slavný Prinsengracht, ale i známý Keizersgracht - jedny z neznámějších kanálů ve městě!

2. THEIR DELICIOUS FOOD

One thing that I noticed in the hotel was their extremely delicious food! We had the chance to visit their main restaurant called Jansz for the breakfast and dinner and I can only recommend this place. The first thing which stands out when you enter the restaurant is the amazing interior - a combination of marble tables, pink curtains and heavy wooden chairs looks very elegant, yet cozy. When it comes to the food itself, I can only recommend their truffle eggs for breakfast while sipping some mimosa. As I was in the hotel for the second time, this dish something I was really looking forwards to!

Pokud nebudete mít tu možnost se v hotelu ubytovat, rozhodně alespoň vyzkoušejte jednu z jejich resturací nebo jejich známý bar. Já osobně doporučuji jejich proslulou restauraci Jansz, která pro mě neměla chybu. Na večeři mohu doporučit tuňákového tataráka s avokádem a pokud restuaraci vyzkoušíte během ranních hodin, rozhodně si objednejte míchaná vajíčka s lanýži, které nemají chybu!

3. THEIR CENTRAL LOCATION

As I mentioned already, the hotel is located on the Prinsengracht, which offers you a walkable distance to any big sight in Amsterdam. Around the hotel you'll find many canals in which you can get lost. The famous Rijksmuseum can be reached within 20 minute walk, the same distance as to the main train station. Anne Frank's House is only a few minutes away and so are the famous shopping street. In Pulitzer Amsterdam you'll get the most central location, ever!

Jak jsem již zmiňovala, hotel se nachází na kabálu Prinsengracht, který najdete v samotném srdci Amsterdamu. Díky této centrální poloze můžete vetšinu památek dosáhnout peší chůzí. Slavné Rijkmuseum a hlavní nádraží jsou dosažitelné během 20 miutové procházky. Dům Anny Frankové a další kanály jsou od hotelu vzdálené jen pár minut.

4. THEIR SERVICE ON POINT

Another thing you notice while your visit is the friendly stuff who helps you with literally anything. If you need any recommendations, visit the concierge who will kindly give you some advice about where to go, what to see or which restaurants you shouldn't miss.

Další věc, které jsem si v hotelu všimla, byl servis, který bych osobně hodnila na jedničku s hvězdičkou. Pokud potřebujete s čímkoliv poradit nebo hledáte pár tipů kam na jídlo, rozhodně se obraťte na místního concierge.

5. THEIR RENT-FREE BIKES

Amsterdam is famous especially for bikes and biking. However, did you know that the hotels offers a complimentary rental (of course, upon availability) if you stay at the hotel? I have stayed in Amsterdam already a couple of times, yet this is the first hotel that offers this service.

Amsterdam je slavný pro mnoho věcí - a jedna z nich jsou bezpochybně kola. Věděli jste, že ty si v hotelu můžete půjčit úplně zadarmo? (tedy pokud budou nějaká k dispozici). Myslím, že toto je velice hezjé gesto, které jsem v žádném jiném hotelu v Adamu neviděla. 

6. THEIR cozy INTERIOR

Another thing which you notice in the hotel, is their original and cozy interior. Thanks to this, you will definitely feel like home away from home at the Pulitzer Amsterdam!

Hotel vyniká i svým interiérem, díky kterému se v celém hotelu budete cítit jako "doma". Mně osobně přišla především již zmiňovaná restaurace krásně sladěná! 

7. their variety of services

One last thing I would like to mention is their excellent service and the variety of them in general. The hotel tries their best to make your stay as comfortable as you wish for. In addition, they provide a large scale of services, including organizing a boat trip on their amazing boat through the canals, preparing a meeting in their business spaces or taking care of your anniversary celebrations!

Poslední bod, který bych chtěla zmínit, je fakt, že Vám v hotelu udělají doslova to, co Vám na očích vidí - zařídí projížďku lodí po místních kanálech, připraví Vám schůzku v jejich meetovém prostoru nebo zorganizují nezapomentulnou oslavu narozenin!
