MY STAY AT THE MANDARIN ORIENTAL PARIS

Good afternoon everyone! I hope you are all doing well. Today I would like to tell you and show you a little more from our stay at the luxurious Mandarin Oriental Paris. This is my second time staying at the hotel and I have to say that the hotel is one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Especially now in the Christmas time, there is a lot of Christmas and winter decorations, so the place looks simply magical. Krásné odpoledne všem! Dneska mám pro Vás post z našeho pobytu v krásném Mandarin Oriental Paris, ve kterém jsme nedávno byly ubytované. Kromě fotek z našeho pobytu se můžete těšit i na menší představení hotelu -  společně s tím, proč by Vám hotel doporučila...

The luxurious, 5-star hotel Mandarin Oriental Paris is located at the famous shopping street - Rue Saint Honore -, just a few steps from the famous Place Vendome. The hotel has the pefect location - you can reach any big sight within just a few minutes which I think makes your stay even more comfortable. In the Parisian Mandarin you'll find 135 rooms and suites. We had the honor to stay in the beautiful Panoramic View Suite which was spread over two floors. The room was an absolutely dream and made me feel like Carrie in the Sex and the City! Once you entered the room, you came to a dining area, where you also had a TV, a couch and also a very cute Christmas tree! I am a big fan of Christmas and having a tree in our Suite felt like a real Christmas at home! Around the corner there was a bedroom with many wardrobes and further back in the room there was a bathroom with a bathtub, shower and the toilette. From the bedroom you could also enter the terrace which was big enough to fit a dining table and even laying chairs - which I hope to come back to in the summer! On the second floor there was a big sofa with a conference table and a working area with a big desk. On the second floor there was a big terrace too - from both you could see the Eiffel Tower which was a real dream come true! 

Luxusní, 5-i hvězdičkový hotel Mandarin Oriental Paris se nachází na známé nákupní třídě Rue Saint Honore, jen pár minut pěšky od známého Place Vendome. Jeho poloha je opravdu centrální, takže ke spoustě památek se dostanete během několika minut jízdy autem. Celkově je v hotelu 135 pokojů a suites - my jsme byly ubytované v nádherné, dvoupatrové "Panoramic View Suite", ve které jsem si připadala jako Carrie v Sexu ve Městě. Po příchodu do pokoji jste se ocitly v jídelně, kde se kromě jídelního stolu, televize a menšího gauče, nacházel i menší vánoční stromeček. Já Vánoce absolutně miluju, takže mě již v listopadu naladil na vánoční atmosféru. Ve vedlejší místnosti se pak nacházela ložnice s šatnou a za ní prostorná koupelna jak s vanou, tak i sprchovým koutem. Z ložnice jste pak mohli vstoupit na terasu s velkým stolem a 2 lehátky. V druhém patře byl pak druhý, vetší gauč s konferenčním stolkem, pracovna s velkým psaním stolem a druhá, menší terasa - z obou teras byl ale krásný výhled na Eiffelovku.

In the hotel you'll find three restaurants, a cake shop and a hotel bar. Unfortunately we didn't have to try any restaurants during our stay, however we went to the Bar 8 several times - in the outside, roofed part of the bar you'll find magical Winter garden which was honestly breathtaking. We didn't even feel like in Paris - more like in Austria or Switzerland! There are many private tables with chair with a white fur on. There is a lot of lights in the whole area, a lot of trees and of course a part with fake snow and many winter decorations. If you won't able to make a reservation at the hotel, I highly recommend to at least have a drink here because for us it was a real experience.

V hotelu se nachází celkem tři restaurace, kavárna a hotelový bar. Bohužel jsme neměly tu příležitost žádnou z restaurací vyzkoušet - za to jsme několikrát zašly do hotelového baru, Bar 8, který má i zastřešenou venkovní část, ze které je teď v zimě udělaná "Zimní zahrada". Kromě intimní atmosféry se v zahradě můžete těšit na skvělé drinky, spoustu kožíšků, světel, stromů i umělého sněhu. V zahradě si nepřipadáte ani jako v Paříži - nám připomínala spíš "horskou" atmosféru, jako třeba v Rakosuku nebo ve Švýcarsku. Pokud budete v Paříži, doporučuji sem zajít alespoň na drink, protože nám se tady opravdu líbilo.

Our stay at the Mandarin Oriental Paris was absolutely amazing and I already can't wait to come there again - hopefully in the summer time sothat we can also enjoy the beautiful terrace in this Suite!

Náš pobyt v Mandarin Oriental Paris neměl jedinou chybu a hotel mohu jen doporučit a vynachválit. Už se nemůžu dočkat naší další návštěvy, která bude (doufám) v létě, abychom si mohly užít i terasu, na kterou teď v zimě nebylo počasí!
